Refund policy
Faulty items
In the unlikely event that your item develops a manufactures fault within the warranty period we will be more than happy to resolve the issue. In this instance please email us on info@foregolf.co.uk
We reserve the right to acquire a manufacturers inspection before we refund or exchange any items. On products within their warranty period, we will always replace or repair the item. If the item is faulty after 30 days and up to 6 months we will repair or replace the product and refund any carriage charges you may incur. After this six month period expires all returns of faulty goods within warranty periods are to be returned at the customer’s cost.
We can’t accept returns on non-faulty items/used products.

Please use a courier that will give you a tracking number.
(We can’t accept returns for Custom fitted items that have been made specifically for you)
Cancelling an order
To cancel an order please contact us on info@foregolf.co.uk and quote your order number.
